Readiness in 30–60–90

Published: Sept 9, 2025

Readiness isn’t a gate you pass once—it’s a moving target. Use a 30–60–90 frame to de-risk adoption: validate meaning in 30 (do people understand and care?), validate capability in 60 (can they do it?), and validate reinforcement in 90 (will it stick?).

Each phase has a small set of signals: sentiment and narrative in 30, skill and friction reduction in 60, peer norms and visible wins in 90. Measure lightly; move quickly.

Key takeaways

  • Make the “why” explicit and keep it visible in rituals and dashboards.
  • Use small, repeatable behaviors to create momentum before policy changes.
  • Invite peers to hold peers accountable—leaders design the system, teams sustain it.
