Phase 2: Live Team Session (90–120 minutes)

Facilitated session focused on culture and readiness assessment, peer norm reset, accountability agreements, and operating rhythm design.

Phase 3: Optional Reinforcement

Leader debrief, follow-up session, and 30-day momentum review.
