You can have the best strategy, the most advanced technology,
and all the resources in the world.
But if you don't understand the people that you're leading,
your ability to bring about meaningful change will always be
limited.
And that's something I've learned firsthand. Because leadership
isn't simply about directing people or managing processes.
It's about understanding the environment in which people work,
the beliefs that influence their behavior, and the culture that
ultimately determines whether change succeeds or fails.
